Counseling

Counseling services are provided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for adults 18 years of age or older and involve a variety of treatments that aim to help a person identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Topics can include but are not limited to caregiver stress, grief counseling and anxiety and depression management.

Counseling is conducted in person at the Sage Care Management office or via video conference under special circumstances.
