Byron Cordes received
a Masters in Social Work from the Worden School of Social Services at Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma State University. He has worked for 19 years in the social work field; background includes medical social work/case
management and clinical work with geriatrics. Byron is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas. He also holds an Advanced
Certification in Social Work Case Management from the National Association of Social
Workers. He has served as an Assistant Professor at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, and continues to teach, as adjunct faculty, policy and practice courses at both the undergraduate
and graduate levels. Byron has had his writings published on geriatrics and caregiving. He currently owns and operates
a Professional Geriatric Care Management agency, SAGE Care Management, providing
case management, outreach and support to seniors. He serves on the National Board of the National
Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and is past-president for the South
Central Chapter. He is a member of the American Society on Aging and the National Association of Social Workers. Byron has been married for nineteen years,
and has one daughter. He is active with several local community organizations including his church.

Natalie
Wright, MA, LNFA, LVN
Care Manager
Natalie Wright, MA, LNFA, CALM, CASP, LVN.
Mrs. Wright holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at San
Antonio and a Master’s Degree in Social Gerontology from the University of the Incarnate Word. She is licensed as a nursing facility administrator and vocational nurse in the state
of Texas. In addition, she is certified
as an assisted living manager in the state of Texas by the Center for Health
Services Education & Research and as an Aging Services Professional by the American Association of Homes & Services
for the Aging/Coalition for Leadership in Aging Services, University of North Texas. Mrs. Wright has over 16 years experience in the leadership and management of facilities
and services for the aging in San Antonio, with particular emphasis in the management
of retirement, nursing, assisted living and dementia care facilities. She recently
served as a Geriatric Education Specialist with the South Texas Geriatric Education Center (STGEC) of the University of Texas
Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA) and the Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center (GRECC) of the South
Texas Veterans Healthcare System-Audie L. Murphy Division (STVHCS-ALMD). She joined Sage Care Management in April, 2009.

Shawn Loup has been with Sage nearly since the beginning. She has experience with critical care nursing at the South
Texas Audie L. Murphy Veterans Hospital and also works part-time as a school nurse. She is married with one child.

Natalie keeps the office running, and more importantly, keeps Byron in line (yes, she is his wife). Natalie holds a bachelors
in psychology.
